Kanban is a workflow visual board that visualizes work in the format of cards and uses columns – called Work-in-progress Limit (WIP) columns like “To Do”, “In progress”, and “Done”. Usually the work of delivery team tracking and managing day to day work are tracked and managed using Kanban, the client or stakeholders report from another layer of Project schedule, while some use higher level in the Project schedule to manage work items in Kanban board at the operation level.
