Agentic AI is AI that doesn’t only answer a question, but goes on to take multiple, multi-step action without each prompt – write a project charter, draft a WBS, surface a resource conflict, or write up a status report on its own. That shift, for project based organizations, from using AI as a chatbot to a participant on the team, even a member of the PMO, is what agentic AI looks like.
