  • Scheduling repairs to facilities, equipment, or floors to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Vendor Management, follow-ups with the sales team for customer agreements & NDAs, taking care of AMCs, releasing POs of various department.
  • Communicating with local authorities about facility maintenance issues such as water leaks or pest infestations etc.
  • Working with staff to schedule activities of cleaning, repairing, etc in meetings, receptions, and other events in facilities such as cafeterias, classrooms.
  • Maintaining safety standards by inspecting facilities for hazards such as damaged or exposed wiring and taking appropriate action to correct the problem.
