Responsibilities:
- Scheduling repairs to facilities, equipment, or floors to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Vendor Management, follow-ups with the sales team for customer agreements & NDAs, taking care of AMCs, releasing POs of various department.
- Communicating with local authorities about facility maintenance issues such as water leaks or pest infestations etc.
