Resource management involves forecasting, deploying, and monitoring an organisation’s capacity on an organisation-wide, project-by-project basis – optimizing utilisation, skill sets and availability. Because capacity is frequently a services organisation’s largest expense, Resource management is one of the three PSA cornerstones, along with Project Management and Project Finance.
